Returns Procedures

We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases from t4toys however any item may be returned within 7 working days of receipt, provided it remains in its original saleable condition. Delivery and return costs will only be refunded if an item is faulty.

Important note items returned to us have to be verified before we can issue a refund. We will only process a refund once we are satisfied that the reported fault has been identified and varified.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with the product you purchased you may return it within 7 working days from the date you received the product for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition complete with any seals and shrink wrap intact. The original cost of delivery to you will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We suggest you use a registered delivery service for your own security and peace of mind. Please follow the instructions detailed below under How To Return An Item.

Goods Damaged On Receipt

Goods that are visibly damaged upon receipt should not be accepted or signed for. If the damage is only apparent upon opening, or if the goods have been left without being signed for, please contact Internet Customer Services for instructions as soon as possible.

How To Return An Item

Within 7 working days of receipt, send an email to sales@t4toysonline.com with your name and address, order number, product details and an explanation of why you want to return the item. You may also telephone Internet Customer Services on 01342 328988 or 01342 837972 with your details. When appropriate, you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the item. Please write your Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the outside of the package. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.

Privacy Policy

We will treat all your personal information as confidential, and are commited to protecting your privacy. Any personal information which you provide to us is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We use the information we collect about you to process orders, to provide a more personalised shopping experience and, if you request, to notify you of products, special offers or other information that may be of interest to you.
We do not sell or pass on any personal information to any other Companies or Organisations.
Ordering

Ordering from t4toysonline.com is simple and secure. Browse through the department headings listed under Our Products in the left hand frame, or just point and click on the category headings on each page and add the items you want to your shopping basket by clicking the button on the product details page.

You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking View Basket in the Shopping Basket utility situated in the right hand frame. From here you can remove items from your basket, change the quantity ordered or clear the entire basket. When you have finished shopping click the Checkout button to complete your order.

You will then be invited to enter your name and address details which will be encrypted and passed to our card payment providers HSBC. Your payment details will be accepted via HSBC ePDQ service using their Cardholder Payment Interface located on a secure central server.

Order Acceptance

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to t4toys to purchase a product or products, and our acceptance of your order, and completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on the despatch of the products you have ordered. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your order. Such non-acceptance may be the result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by our Customer Services Department.

The sales contract between us is completed in England. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Order Cancellation

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days of receipt, (although this is not a guarantee). You may cancel your order prior to it being despatched. Your Credit or Debit Card will not be charged until we have despatched your goods.

If you need to cancel your order once the goods have been despatched you will need to call 01342 328988 or 01342 837972, and will be liable for all postage and packing costs incurred.

Pricing

All prices are in sterling and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery cost, as set out in the Shipping section of the web site.

We usually set the same prices for products sold on t4toysonline.com as we do for our High Street stores. However, there may be occasions when in-store offers will not apply to the same products sold on this web site.

We may also offer exclusive prices for goods sold on the web site that do not apply to the same products sold in our stores.

If a products correct price is higher than the price stated on our web site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The pages contained

within the shopping With t4toys section represent our terms and conditions, please read all sections before making a purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
