We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases from t4toys however any item may be returned within 7 working days of receipt, provided it remains in its original saleable condition. Delivery and return costs will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
Important note Faulty items returned to us have to be verified before we can issue a refund. We will only process a refund once we are satisfied that the reported fault has been identified and varified.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with the product you purchased you may return it within 7 working days from the date you received the product for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition complete with any seals and shrink wrap intact. The original cost of delivery to you will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We suggest you use a registered delivery service for your own security and peace of mind. Please follow the instructions detailed below under How To Return An Item.
Goods Damaged On Receipt
Goods that are visibly damaged upon receipt should not be accepted or signed for. If the damage is only apparent upon opening, or if the goods have been left without being signed for, please contact Internet Customer Services for instructions as soon as possible.
How To Return An Item
Within 7 working days of receipt, send an email to sales@t4toysonline.com with your name and address, order number, product details and an explanation of why you want to return the item. You may also telephone Internet Customer Services on 01342 328988 or 01342 837972 with your details. When appropriate, you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the item. Please write your Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the outside of the package. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.
Delivery Charges
All charges assume delivery to one address in the UK. For orders to Channel Isles, BFPO, Eire and all other countries (except USA & Canada) we charge delivery at cost + £2.50 administration fee, and will quote this price by e-mail to you before completing your order. ***

Despatching of Goods
We try to despatch all orders as quickly as possible usually within 48 hours of receipt, providing items are in stock. Please allow up to 10 days, particularly at busy times such as the weeks before Christmas (from September onwards), or in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock. However, it is always helpful to know if the order is for a specific date such as a birthday, so please contact us if you have a deadline - tell us the date in the comments section of the order form or phone us - and we will do everything possible to meet your requirements.
Once the order leaves us we use a 48 hour delivery service in the UK (a little slower to the Highlands of Scotland) or Royal Mail post. PLEASE NOTE - Larger orders (not sent by Royal Mail ordinary post) will require a signature.
If you are likely to be out we suggest you give an alternative delivery address, such as a work address, or use the comments section of the order to add a neighbour as a back up.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR ORDERS TO BE LEFT IN THE OPEN, BY THE DUSTBIN, OR WORSE STILL IN THE DUSTBIN ! We have known orders to be delivered on bin day and never seen again !
**Orders to other countries are despatched just as quickly and arrive as fast as their national postal services allow.

Christmas Orders
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas
orders must be with us by Monday 15th December 2008.
Gift Wrapping
We will be happy to gift wrap your order, where feasible, for an additional £3.00 per item. Please note some items are too large to wrap. Giftwrapping will be with a good quality paper . If you would like us to include a message with your gift, please give the wording in the comments section of the order form or phone us on 01342 328988 or 01342 837972
